Lakeview Baptist Church is a Holy Bible directed church whose purpose is to bring people to Jesus and membership in His family, develop them to Christ-like maturity, and equip them for their ministry in the church and missions in the world, in order to magnify God's Name.
How do I Become a Christian? Admit: Admit that you are a sinner and that you need God to forgive you of your sin. (Romans 3:23, I John 1:9) Believe: Believe that Jesus is Lord, that He died for your sins, and rose from the dead. (Romans 10:9-10) Confess: Ask Jesus to save you by coming into your heart and confess before others that you are a follower of Christ.
How do I Join the Church? During the invitation, you come forward and tell the pastor about your desire to join the church. You may do so any of the following ways: By Baptism: If you have received Christ as your Savior, or you make that choice today, you may present yourself as a candidate for New Testament baptism (immersion). By Transfer: If you are a Christian and a member of another Baptist Church, you my transfer your membership to this church.
