Put Prayer Back In Schools!
Senate bill #98, the bill to restore prayer into public schools has passed both the Florida House and the Senate and is on Governor Rick Scott's desk awaiting his signature. The responses the Governor is getting insisting that he VETO this bill are running ten-to-one over responses for him to approve and sign it. We need to show our support for this bill now. Here is an opportunity to help direct the destiny of our state and also our country. Would you please call Governor Scott at 850-488-7146 (press one to speak to a staff member) and express your desire that the Governor sign Senate bill #98 allowing prayer to be returned to our school children. Additionally, Governor Scott does read his emails. Please email him at rick.scott@eog.myflorida.com and encourage him to sign this critical piece of legislation into law.
