Meet Our Staff

Dr. Rich Day is a graduate of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Having lived in the Tallahassee area for over 20 years, Pastor Rich feels a strong commitment to engage and reach those who are seeking and searching while also helping current followers of Christ to get into the deep end of the pool and grow their relationships with God. Pastor Rich also leads Ratio Christi (Reason for Christ) at FAMU, FSU, and TCC as well as the ministry Defining The Terms.

Dr. Bill Day is a PhD graduate of the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, a MDiv graduate of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, a MS graduate in Organic Chemistry from Perdue University, and a BS graduate in Chemistry from the University of Florida. He has served as Professor of Evangelism and Church Health at the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary as well as pastor of several churches including 28 years as pastor of Parkview Baptist Church in New Orleans, LA.

Along with his wife Peggy, Bill retired and moved to the Tallahassee area to be with family and to assist Pastor Rich with reaching others for Christ. 

A graduate of Florida State University, Will is currently studying at the Masters level from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. As missions director, Will oversees the various ministries within Lakeview Baptist.

Our Children's Director, Laura Lynn has been a member of Lakeview for over 15 years and also runs our Vacation Bible School. Having fun while sharing the Good News of Christ is Laura's heart for children, and her always happy attitude is very contagious and the kids love her.
